Welcome to The EMA. The EMA has a long history of serving the regional electronics industry. Our members strive to share expertise with each other to help provide solutions when needed. We also help match one firm’s needs with another’s ability to fulfill them. Now with global competition squeezing margins tighter than ever, it’s more important than ever to conduct manufacturing and operations using the most efficient and cost effective methods possible. The EMA is committed to assisting the regional electronics industry in this endeavor.
Building on our years of success, we have undertaken a program to increase the benefits of EMA membership and grow the association into an even stronger regional asset. To this end we are:
- Scheduling regular events including technical sessions, plant tours, and speakers.
- Building a database of materials and services suppliers.
- Developing member-based group discounts for services such as freight, printing, medical insurance, and telecommunications.
- Continuing and growing production of our OctoberBest trade show including technical sessions, supplier display floor, student shows, and industry keynote speakers.
- Deepening our contributions to all levels of education.
